Custom DTF Transfers – No Returns or Cancellations

All DTF transfer sheets sold by AlphaDTF are custom-made products.
Because each sheet is printed to your specific artwork and size, we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

This is in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, which state that custom-made items are exempt from the standard return/cancellation rights.

✅ When We Do Offer Refunds or Reprints

We will replace or refund your order if:

  • The print is defective or damaged

  • The incorrect size or quantity was sent

  • The print quality does not match what was advertised

  • We made an error on our side

If you experience an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the sheet, defects, and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

✅ Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom DTF sheets

  • Custom prints

  • Gang sheets using your uploaded artwork

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

✅ Artwork Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring:

  • The artwork is high-resolution

  • The file matches the required dimensions

  • Backgrounds are removed if needed

  • All designs are placed correctly on the gang sheet

We print exactly what you upload.

We cannot refund for:

  • Blurry, pixelated or low-quality artwork

  • Spelling errors in your design

  • Incorrect placement within your gang sheet

  • Mistakes in your file setup

✅ Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the outer packaging

  • Take photos of the damaged transfers

  • Email us within 48 hours

We will send a reprint or refund.

If your parcel is lost in transit, we will replace it once the courier confirms it is missing.
