Order Processing Time
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12:00 noon (UK time) on the same working day.
Orders placed after noon, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Because our DTF sheets are custom-printed, production time may vary depending on workload, but we always prioritize fast turnaround.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 24.
Royal Mail 24 typically delivers within 1 business day, but delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by Royal Mail delays, strikes, weather conditions, or seasonal volume.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
Royal Mail considers a parcel lost after a certain period (usually 10 working days).
